WW 2-Point Cinnamon Donut Holes

A few years ago, the WW 2-ingredient bagel recipe went viral, and every WW member was pumping out 4-point bagels like they owned a Jewish bakery in Yonkers, NY. Of course, I was one of them, but I also decided to shake it up a bit and turn this basic low point dough into WW 2-point cinnamon donuts!

Donut worry, they’re only 2-points!

WW 2-Point Cinnamon Donut Holes

Yields 8 donut holes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt (0%)
  • 1 Tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsps Cinnamon (divided)
  • 1 Egg White

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix flour and Greek yogurt in a medium-sized bowl to form a dough (use your hands when the dough becomes too hard to mix).

Sprinkle in 1 tbsp of the cinnamon.

In a small bowl, whisk egg white and brown sugar together, with 1 tbsp of the cinnamon.

Roll dough mixture into 8 evenly sized balls, roll in egg mixture, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake donut holes in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until golden.

Then try not to eat the entire batch, Enjoy!
